Waking up to the stunning sunrise over Sakurajima each morning was a true highlight. The spacious room provided a comfortable stay, especially with easy access to convenience stores and a delightful view from the onsen.

The breakfast buffet offers a robust mix of Asian and Western options, keeping mornings varied and satisfying. The on-site Japanese onsen provides a relaxing end to a day exploring.
The room I occupied felt a bit outdated, with an ancient carpet that could use an upgrade. Additionally, the fridge in the room was unplugged upon arrival, causing some inconvenience with food going bad before it was addressed.

the location is so far away from everything, you’d think I had booked a vacation in the middle of nowhere. Not to mention, the so-called large buffet breakfast is absolutely underwhelming. I almost forgot I was celebrating my special day without a complimentary gesture. shocking for such a ‘royal’ establishment. disappointing, truly.

Had a fantastic time with friends. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, and the on-site onsen was perfect after exploring places like Sakurajima and Amu Plaza. The shuttle to Chuo station made getting around super easy. Definitely grab some cakes from the hotel restaurant. they are delicious!
The only downside was that the free WiFi was a bit slow at night when it seemed too many guests were online.
